Production Timeline

We expect to ship all sweater orders by mid-October.

 

Sweater Washing Instructions

The sweater is 100% cotton and should be machine washed cold. Low temp tumble drying should be fine, but we recommend hang drying to minimize shrinkage.

 

Shipping

Shipping is charged by flat rate according to your region. The flat rate includes cost of shipping plus cost of packaging materials, labor, and processing fees on our end.

All orders with a sweater will be tracked and insured.

Address Changes

If your address has changed in the meantime between now and final sweater shipment, use the contact form and provide both your original and new shipping address.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for any customs/import taxes incurred by your order entering your country.

Do You Ship to My Country?

We are unable to ship to Germany. Additional USPS service suspensions to other countries can be seen here: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

If you are located in one of these countries and your order still went through, we will provide a refund, minus any payment processing fees incurred.

Germany??

Because of the LUCID law passed in 2019, the Central Agency Packaging Register in Germany now requires any business in the world shipping to Germany (no matter how small) to register and annually report packaging waste or face potential fines. As a result, lots of smaller online sellers are not shipping to Germany at all.

We set a high shipping price to discourage any orders, but if you still put one through somehow, we will provide a refund, minus any payment processing fees incurred.

Damaged or Missing Items

Upon shipment of a sweater order, the package is the responsibility of USPS. All packages are tracked and insured. If you think your package is missing or it arrived damaged, please use the tracking information provided with your order to file a claim with USPS directly. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Postcards ordered without a sweater go through the USPS ~nude~ (not in a mailer). Reportedly, they often suffer some "battle damage" (some scuffing/streaking). Please take this into consideration before ordering. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that they'll arrive unscathed.

 

I don't want a sweater but I still want to support the comic!

You can purchase a sweater for a friend by inputting their shipping address at checkout (just be sure you have your friend's permission). You can also support the comic directly through Batty's Ko-Fi.
